Building a product is (relatively) easy. Building something that truly delights customers is hard.
We knew that the solution wasn't to just build a product and throw it at the world. The markets were already flooded with technology. Yet, it doesn't work. So we spent six months during the winter of 2015 doing research at the Center for Startup Engineering at Georgia Tech in Atlanta to immerse ourselves in the problem with a behavioral-science lens. We spoke with hundreds of companies, big and small. We spoke with companies in different verticals. We spoke with people at different rungs of the organization. We blended our learnings with our experiences of front-line sales and marketing for more than ten years and built a lightweight analytics technology with the soul of behavior-science to serve the market.
We're now located at the prestigious ATDC (Advanced Technology Development Center) at Technology Square in Midtown Atlanta. ATDC is part of Georgia Tech's Enterprise Innovation Institute and some of the world's leading companies have innovation centers in the building we share with them.
Our product is now used by large publicly-traded companies as well as small-medium companies that have a sales team.
